Wood Core Composite Wood Deck

A reasonably priced eco-friendly product that can serve as a substitute for wooden decks
USC's WPC deck is made of polyolefin resin, which is composed of more than 50% wood flour as well as polyethylene, polypropylene and recycled polyethylene.

The 20-mesh wood flour is 40~60 mesh in size and accounts for 50~70% of the total weight. It is mainly combined with polyethylene to create decks. The advantages of WPC decks include warping resistance, impact resistance, beautiful design, and durability.
Plastic raw materials for WPC decks
We use recycled materials such as plastic milk bottles, polyethylene shopping bags and commercial packaging used to load items. In addition, only carefully selected materials from contracted plastic factories are recycled and used for product stabilization.

Deck product types and specifications

USC produces semi-permanent wood plastic composite products that
fully utilize the texture and feel of natural wood in various colors,
further upgrading the value of the architecture.
Due to the texture of the wood grain pattern, there may be some color variations. However,
the pattern resembles natural wood and gives off a natural feeling.

The surface texture of the material is similar to that of wood, but it can be safely used because it does not have thorns like regular wood.

It is possible to custom order in colors other than the ones above.
